Get to know your Ownright dashboard

Your Ownright dashboard is made up of four key pages - Home, Details, Tasks, and Documents. All details related to your transaction flow through these four pages. In addition to these pages related to your transaction, there are three other parts of your dashboard to be aware of - Marketplace, Chat/Help, and Account.

Home is where you will find up-to-date information on the status of your transaction, tasks related to your transaction that you need to complete, and recommendations for you to consider ahead of your move. For each section, you can click the link in orange writing to access more items and/or detail.

Pro tip: check off 'Recommended for you' items as you complete them to stay on top of your moving to-do list.

Details is where you'll find the particulars about your transaction. This include things like the property address, closing date, and offer date. In addition to details about your property, you can access a list of people involved in your transaction and billing information.

Tasks is where you'll find a list of everything we need you to do in order for us to complete your transaction. This page will change over time as tasks are made available to you to complete. You will also be able to see tasks that you have completed and those that are under review by your Ownright team. In order to complete a task, click into it from the Tasks page and follow the instructions provided.

Don't miss your due dates! We share due dates for your tasks in order to keep your transaction on track. Please make sure you finish your tasks on time to avoid delays.

This is where you will find all documents related to your transaction. This includes the documents that you shared with Ownright, uploaded to your dashboard, and those that were uploaded by your Ownright team. Individual documents and document folders can be found on your Documents page. For individual documents, simply click the document to access it and for document folders, you can click the folder to access all the individual documents within it.

In addition to viewing, you can download copies of all your documents on this page. You can do so as individual documents from the Documents page or within the document viewing pages. You can also download all the articles in Documents or within a particular document folder by clicking 'Download ZIP'.

Pro tip: check out the 'Summary' section of each document page for high level details about the document.

You can get to our help centre by clicking 'Chat' in the left menu or by clicking the text icon in the bottom right of your page. This provides you access to help centre articles and the chat functionality that enables you to message us directly.

The Marketplace page is where you can find great deals on products and services that are relevant to your move. There are deals available on things such as moving services, home inspection, and home maintenance and great brands that you'll recognize, like ecobee and Rove Concepts.

Your Account page can be accessed by clicking your name in the top right corner of your dashboard. On this page you'll be able to see and update your contact details and notification preferences.
