Step-by-step instructions

  1. Click on the orange button to access the instructions page.

  2. Select which method you will use to transfer your funds, wire transfer or direct deposit. In determining your preferred method, consider:

    • There is a fee charged by the bank for a wire transfer, while there is no fee charged for a direct deposit.

    • A wire transfer will only require a visit to your bank, while a direct deposit will require you to visit your own bank and our bank, RBC.

  3. If you are paying via Loan and Cash, add the loan details for each loan that will contribute to the purchase of your property.

  4. Provide the different sources of the funds that will make up your total cash contribution.

    • For any contribution from a friend or family member, you will also be required to provide their information and the source of the funds.

  5. Once you have added all relevant details, click 'Complete' to submit.
