What do you need to know?
The ownership of a property can be split across co-purchasers in any percentage distribution, so long as it totals 100%. How the split is determined is entirely up to the co-purchasers, but it is often related to the financial contribution made by each person to the property.
Why does it matter to Ownright?
We need to know how ownership is going to be split on the property so that we can properly register the details on title. This will provide a legal record of how the property ownership is split across co-purchasers.
