What do you need to know?
If two or more people are purchasing a property together, the ownership split can be adjusted to meet the purchasing group's unique needs. Ownership can be evenly split across the group or different ownership stakes can be allocated to different co-purchasers. It is completely up to the co-purchasers to decide.
Why does it matter to Ownright?
We need to know how to register the ownership of the property being purchased. We will use the directions we are provided to register ownership of the property under all co-purchasers names and desired ownership split.
