Determining if you have a survey of the property
Edited
What do you need to know?
A property survey is a document that outlines the size and shape of a property and any buildings or fences on the property based on a formal inspection. This helps to clearly indicate the land owned and to prevent disputes amongst owners of surrounding properties. If you have access to an up-to-date survey, you are legally required to provide it to the buyer, but if you don’t, there is no further action required on your part.
Why does it matter to Ownright?
If you have a survey of the property, we must obtain it to share with the buyers and their legal representatives.
