Determining if any property changes have been made

Edited

What do you need to know?

If you have added any new buildings, extensions, or fences to the property or torn anything down on the property since the date of the last survey, the survey is not considered up-to-date, and you do not have to provide it to the buyer.

Why does it matter to Ownright?

We are trying to determine if the survey you have available to you is still relevant and if it should be shared. If the survey no longer reflects the current state of the property, providing it to the buyer can create confusion.
